MISSION

The mission of the Foundation is to support activities for improving the quality of life of individuals and different social groups on a world-wide scale. This deals with the strategic use of advanced information and communication technology within the context of the program and the projects of Telemedicine/e-Health, particularly in clinical medical disciplines on the basis of a network solution of on-line tele-consultancies, tele-education and a progressive transition to Electronic Health Documentation.

The Foundation provides and mediates, in cooperation with its partners, technical and economic consultations, trainings and educational events, focused on improving the level of solutions of local, regional and global medical programs through advanced information and communication systems.

Programs and projects might include the design, preparation and implementation applications and development of educational activities by using terrestrial and satellite communications including the Internet, or separate solutions of communication infrastructure according to the requirements of end-users.
